Katy Perry almost gets her boobs out

Katy Perry came close to giving her game away at a recent event when the strap of her dress fell down.....a little bit too down....but not down enough to reveal anything too bad!

I don't know about you but I actually like her hair color for once. I normally hate anything Perry wears or tries to wear and in true form - I hate that Laura Ashley circa '95 repeat (the dress) but I actually like her hair.

Anything has to be better then that awful blue cropped mess right????
