The 31 year old star arrived arm in arm with her boyfriend Karl Cook, who couldn't take his eyes off Kaley, and the two looked extremely happy together.
Kaley ensured all eyes were on her in the plunging sequinned number, and the waist cinching band of the dress highlighted the star's slim waist.
The Tommy Hilfiger dress was a chic and stylish cap-sleeve look with intricate beading on nude fabric, and Kaley added a matching clutch to it.
Her blonde hair lay in soft curls around her face, and Kaley kept her makeup minimal with all attention going to her plunging neckline.
